Dr Anne-Louise Heath

Anne-Louise Heath's research interests are: the aetiology, dietary treatment and functional health consequences of iron deficiency and overload states; the role of nutrition in children's health; breastfeeding; and the nutrition of other minerals, in particular zinc.

Anne-Louise received a University of Otago Early Career Award for Distinction in Research in 2007.
